Nestled on the corner of South Street in the heart of Horsham town, the salon breathes life into its beautiful grade 2 listed building. Bringing a modern yet tasteful design to the building you can feel comfortable in a home from home environment whilst our expert colourists and stylists take exceptional care of you.

In its 7th year now Tonics has become renowned for its uncompromising standard in customer care and the very highest standards in hairdressing and is one of Horsham’s busiest salons.

We boast some of the most highly trained and sought after individuals in the area as well as each member bringing a specialist skill to Tonics.

Each member undergoes a yearly up skill of the craft ensuring you are given the very latest hairdressing techniques with a ever evolving approach to education you can be confident that your hair is being handled by some of the best in the industry.

Marcos

Owner and Multi Award winning stylist

Marcos is a multi award winning stylist and has led Tonics and himself to be a multi-award winning salon with nominations in the industries most prestigious award ceremony. As well as owner and Art director of Tonics, he leads the team of diverse and individual stylists with a passion for education and the very highest levels of customer service.

His main focus is on technical and precision haircuts with a keen eye for detail that is unrivalled.

Marcos has spent the past few years expending his skillset outside of the salon as part of the Trevor Sorbie Scholarship and Project Sassoon in 2024, and is currently part of the fellowship of hairdressers ProjectX 2025.

Appointments with Marcos are scarce and he has just recently reopened his appointment column to accept new clients so book whilst these rare spaces are available.

Carla

Carla our Salon Manager is dedicated to providing customers with exceptional service and making sure the salon runs smoothly with a friendly atmosphere.

Carla works closely with the team to ensure that the stylists are able to attend courses that they enjoy and keep up to date with current trends.

Now offering appointments on a Friday, Carla is enjoying having a day full of colour and creativity.

Aaron

Assistant Manager/Creative Director

Aaron is Assistant Manger at Tonics and ensures your experience is a smooth enjoyable one that is relaxed yet professional.

Trained by one of our industries largest companies and some of the most elite stylists he joins Tonics looking to further his eye and skillset.

Aaron is a humble character that loves nothing more than seeing his clients smile at the end of every service with a forward thinking approach to hair and an ever positive mindset its not hard to see why Arron is one of our busiest stylists.

With his mindset to evolving his craft Aaron loves nothing more than applying the latest techniques to clients to ensure a freshness that keeps him excited about his work.

An appointment with Aaron is sure to leave you feeling relaxed and looking your very best as he tailors your look to suit your individuality as well as your daily styling requirements.

Aaron is in high demand and books up far in advance so rebooking is highly recommended.

Senior stylist

Rosie originally trained at the world famous Haus of Sassoon being taught by world famous educators she has a strong foundational skill in all things classic hairdressing.

Rosie loves creating soft blonde looks with natural balayages and pops of blonde face frames being some of her favourite looks to create.

(Rosie is currently on maternity leave and will be returning to the salon in 2026.)

Danielle

Senior Stylist

With over 23 years experience in the industry, Danielle has a real love for colour - especially creating soft, natural looking highlights that bring hair to life.

She specialises in curly hair and enjoys working with all length, from short cuts to long, flowing styles.

Her warm, down-to-earth approach and eye for colour make her a go-to for clients looking to refresh their look while keeping things effortlessly beautiful.

Shannon

Wella Master Colour Expert & Advanced Stylist

Shannon has a wealth of experience in colour, holding the prestigious Wella master colour programme certification.

She loves being creative with Colour and stying ahead of the latest trends. Seeing her clients transform and helping them look their best is what inspires her.

As a colour specialist she takes great care in understanding each clients vision blending their goals with her expertise to create stunning personalised results.

Shannon is looking forward to furthering her craft with us and getting hands on with education to elevate and refine her skills even further.

Ali

Advanced stylist

Ali brings her individual approach to a clients experience with a super relaxed and naturally warm personality. Clients feel at ease from the very start of their tonics experience.

Ali holds the Kevin Murphy session salon award which saw her undertake a year long programme creating the latest fashion looks and hair trends and brings this to her in-salon work. She will give you a modern, on trend look that is styled to perfection and loves learning all aspects of her craft.

She thrives of seeing our apprentices grow and learn and is an active member of the fellowship regularly spending her evenings up in London refreshing her skillset and ensuring she has the knowledge to give her clients the most up to date style advice.

Annie

Apprentice

Annie is finishing her apprenticeship and ready to build a clientele as a fully qualified stylist.

Determined to be the best at everything she sets her mind to, Annie is eager to learn as much as she can and really take on all of the knowledge from the amazing team she is surrounded by each day.
